Starting P90X2 on January 2 ... and Elaine ...

Elaine and I have been planning on starting the program on the 2nd of January. Since it's a 5 day a week program starting on a Monday makes sense to me leaving the weekends for pure cardio or supplement workouts (or ... nothing at all LOL). According to the website the product ships in 10 days!

Elaine; as a BB Coach have you been given any insight into the new program, nutrition plans etc that you can give us a heads up on?

    I know that there will be more nutrition plans to choose from. It will have 27 different guides for nutrition gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and paleo are included. The diet guide also incorporates the P90X Results & Recovery formula if you're taking that.

    It will be great to have that sixth day to do whatever you want. You can hit the gym and do straight cardio and also do races on the weekend.

    Yeah that is pretty widely known ... I think they cut it down to 1 hour. There is a You Tube Channel with clippets of the workouts etc. that I have been watching and rewatching. I think this coming up long weekend I have to clean out my closet in my office to make room for some of this workout gear.

    Good insight on the nutrition plan Elaine ... I want to really try to follow that outline for this first round of P90X2 and hope that it's more flexible ... I'll let you know if I need any supplements from the P90X line.

    Yeah, the length of Yoga X was a major gripe with people. I couldn't hold a downward dog pose to save my life in the beginning. How far we've come!

    i'll let you know more. I'm going to start rewatching the Youtube video too!

    Just ordered P90X2 today...I've been on the fence for a few weeks trying to decide if I really wanted it...Well, I'm commited now. i really enjoyed P90X, so I am in!!!

    Can't wait to get started!!!!
