Count me in (hope Im not too late)

Starting weight 144lbs, my goal weight is 120. Im really hoping to keep up my weight loss momentum with another 10lbs by Christmas (holidays, eek!). My goal is 50 minutes of cardio, 5 times a week and Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack (I love it!)5 times a week. I am also going to run a 5k on 12/17.
