Alright Ya'll, this week I am going to be super nice and say no food challenge!! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and don't feel guilty about eating a little extra! Now, I am going to have a small exercise challenge! I am saying at least 30 minutes of some type of intense workout! Pick your favorite workout that really gets you sweating, and do it!!! No excuses! Just Do It!!!!! Yes, even on Thanksgiving, unless you do a lot of cooking on the actual day (I do a lot of my baking and some cooking the night before!) Get up in the morning, get that inense 30 minutes in, hop in the shower to get all refreshed for your delicious dinner!!!
