I think we need a victories thread - non-scale and scale alike!! :)

I just completed my diary for today, and it said that if everyday were like today, I'd be 199.3 in 5 weeks!! :)

there's about 5 weeks until christmas... I can do this!!

Awesome idea! I have some NSV (Non scale Victory) too! The more I work out, I can feel my endurance getting stronger. Love this feeling! Things are getting easier to do for me. LOL Like the stairs, and lol for real, tying my shoes. Just bending over and doing it is better. I am actually tying them more often. lol

Today, I bought a size 32 jeans!! I`ve had the same 2 pairs of jeans in my closet for the last three years. I haven`t bought a pair in forever! The ones I had (size 36) did not fit, and I refused to buy any bigger sizes! The other day, I bought a size 34 and 33 in a BOGO sale, and the size 34 was too big, so I took them back for a size 32 ( to wear when I lose more weight), and they ALREADY FIT!! I`m so pleased. They`re a snug 32, but I`m sure they`ll fit in no time! I'm wearing my 36es right now, they're going to be my "lazy" and "bloated" jeans from now on :)

Where are you that your sizes are like mens? Not to sound rude. lol Because I wear a 18 and in some brands the 18 falls off of me and other brands it is snug, in a good way.

I love you thinking. I was always skeptical of those "in five weeks you will be...", but they are somewhat accurate. Good for you. I hope you break your Christmas goal.

Newfoundland, Canada!! In some places (American Eagle, Aeropostale, Gap, Old Navy etc.) The sizes are in numbers like 2,4,6,8... but in places like Bootlegger, Eclipse and Bluenotes we have inch sizes. It's weird! And it's not even like if you're a 36 in women you'll be a 36 in men... me and my brother were the same size jean in highschool, and once for a play or a spirit day or something I had to dress as a boy or something, and his jeans didn't fit me. But mine fit him. Maybe it had to do with the stretch in girl's jeans.

In other clothing, we don't use inches. Dress pants, skirts, coats, dresses, we use all numerical sizes. I've actually never noticed till you pointed it out!

My victory is a compliment (or many), having lost weight and cut my hair short, I have people who haven't seen me for a few months telling me how much the haircut make me look younger and so good. I am not sure if the weight is noticed, but i know it is a factor. No more chipmunk cheeks for me.

Today, I am at my lowest again. I plan on keeping the momentum going. This up 5 down 5 is killing me. I am so over it! I can "see" the numbers getting lower in my mind, so hopefully my body sees it as well!

Uhhhh Today I registered a 1% loss in body fat from last month on my scale. I don't even know if that's significant, but I'm not gonna complain about it haha! =]

You know, I have no clue about %, so I think that is a good thing, but not sure HOW good!
