Running into Trouble

I know, personally, I'm guilty of thinking like this. I love strength training and have accepted that I'm not going to get huge - but I'm still having a hard time breaking up with the treadmill. In reality I'm probably pitting my body against itself and that's why I'm not seeing as much progress as I'd like.

Girl, I spent my 20s on that hamster wheel. I had to completely quit the treadmill and all those spin classes before I saw any gains in my strength / body composition.0
