Maybe we can draw some new members in with this thread! So, Same thing, same spreadsheet, just wanted to post something for new people to get involved.
Weigh day is Fridays, new challenges will be posted every Friday. There is a Idea thread here for everyone to add their ideas they want to work on.
Here is the spreadsheet to add your weights too.

If you are new feel free to add yourself to the sheet. I sometimes put the sheet in Alphabetical order so don't be freaked out if your name gets moved from the bottom. If you have your weekly weights from the past you can add them in as well, to see your progress or just start off new.
I hope to get more people in on this great challenge!

weighed in and I was back to where I was two weeks ago. It's only a three pound fluctuation, and factoring in Thanksgiving yesterday, I am not too worried. I am all for continuing into December. Good luck to everyone!0

So, because we are moving forward, I think I will just post the date instead of Week X challenge. This way our new people won't feel like they have missed anything.0

Lost 1.8 lbs since last week. I am in the 170's!! Yay! That 's 19.2 lost so far since the October challenge started.0

At this point my goal is to be honest and stay with this even if I gain. I am having a hard time sleeping because of financial issues and back problems. I am working all week this week (I am retired and do part time work at Theatre selling tickets for plays in summer and xmas one) the shift gets me home at 7:30pm so I am eating too late at night, I want to eat light but it never seems to work as I am over tired from not sleeping, etc….0
