Feeling down today :(

I got on the scale and It said I gained 4lbs! I know it not a biggie that its probly water weigh or muscle gain but damn it! lol I work my a** off almost everyday of the week and for this to happen is like a smack in the face. But Im not gonna let it get me down and im not gonna quit. Hopefully if this week is a bad week next week will be a really good one :)

    Please cheer up and feel better soon. I know what its like to put the hard work in and not lose anything, but I know the day for a loss is coming soon. It is for you too my friend.

    Just know that your hard work is not in vain. Take it as a time to re-evaluate what you are doing. That is what I do. I start with the basics, am i getting enough water, if not, just work on the water intake. if i am, increase the water more. if the scale does not show a reduction, then i re-evaluate my exercise. How much, and how long. If not, while upping the ante with the water, add a extra ten minutes to your exercise. Finally, maybe it could be time to up the calories, may not be fueling my body enough.
