I'm 5'10 and I'd like to be 140 or so. I'm currently at 161 lbs.0

My body has changed since having my daughter (9years ago) so we shall see.... Im currently 196 and shrinking,,, (feels good not to start the weight with a 2.....)0

I'm 6'2 and want to get down to 200. I have a large frame and have never weighed below 210, so I'll see how I look at 200 and go from there.0

6'0" 180 would be amazing for me. That would put me at a comfortable size 14.0

Okay - so I am 5'9" and 160 now but goal weight is 149 - that gives me a pound to play with (yeah right!!)0

6' and currently 163. GW is 150-155, or whatever gets rid of the dunlap. I started at 173 a few weeks ago and am thrilled at the smaller number on the scale but really haven't lost any noticeable inches. I suppose that's the blessing and curse of being tall - it takes 10 pounds to notice you've gained weight, but you barely notice when you've lost it. Anyone else have this discouragement?0
-
Yeah I've noticed that as well. I started to see little changes at about 15 lbs and other people started noticing around 20+ lbs. I have lost about 28 lbs and I went from a size 14/12 to a 10. It can be really frustrating because I didn't think my goal look would be this much weight lost, but like you said that's the bittersweet thing about being tall. I still want to go down to 155 lbs because I still have love handles and a tummy. I am 6'4" and that might seem low but I have a very small frame for someone my height.0

I'm 5'10" and I want to get down to 190-200. I was 180 in highschool and I looking back I a little to thin. I've lsot about 10 pounds so far and i can tell the difference. I've gone down a pants size and I feel better.0

I agree that it's difficult figuring out your ideal weight goal - there are so many variables (bodyfat percentage, frame, etc.) I started at 185 pounds around Easter and thought for sure 165 would be super awesome. Well, I got there and it was OK but my rear view is still cellulite city. I'm thinking more like 155 or even 150 will be better. I'm definitely getting more toned now but only in the arms and lower legs - knees to waist still needs work0

I'm 6'0" or 6'1". My weight goal right now is 185, but I'd be happy with anything under 200. I'm fairly well proportioned, but carry a little more on my hips, butt & thighs than my upper body.

I am 5'9 and reached my goal of weighing steadily around 127 lbs (57 kg), but my bf% is actually still a little high (around 25%) so I am planning on slowly shifting into maintenance (upped my calories to 1500 l a few days ago) and working on my strenght. If anybody has similar goals/goal weight ect. feel free to add me:)0

I'm 5'10 and about 149 lbs right now. I'd like to shoot for 135-140. I think I'd be most comfortable there.0

1150

I'm 5'10, and the lowest adult weight I have had was 168. I know then I really wanted to drop down to 150, but not sure if my body wants to be there. I'm trying for it regardless, but won't be disappointed if I stop at 170.
I currently weigh 233 (yikes)0 -
I'm 5'10" and large framed, my ideal weight is 175lbs, I've been down to 157lbs and it was not a healthy look for me and I was absolutely miserable trying to stay there. I think everyone's body has a weight it functions best at and not all of us were meant to be a size 6, I'll be happy in my 12's.0

I'm 5'8 and when I was 127 about 10 months ago, I was very comfortable with the way I looked. I think I'd set that as my ideal weight, maybe 123, but that might be too low0
-
I wouldn't focus solely on weight if you still have excess in certain areas, id suggest weight training to tone up. You could end up weighing more but looking slimmer0
-
I'm 5'10.5" and my goal is 160-170. I've never been at a healthy weight, so that may change. It will all depend on how I feel at the weight.0

I'm 5'10 and I would like to be 140 and tone0

Omg so happy to find other tall woman trying to lose weight, I'm 5"11 and since about the age of 16 I have snuggled to keep the weight off, I have a very small frame considering I'm so tall and weight 145lbs, I'm looking to looks about 10lbs as I carry a lot of weight on my belly.0
-
I am aiming for 175, being 5"10 and stocky (I have broad shoulders, big boobs (38HH on last measurement) and wide hips), I don't know how I will look. Having never been that small before, it will be new to me. If I think I could go smaller, I might, I don't know. See how it goes, I just want to be fit.0
-
I'm 5'11/6'0 and have a wide frame. My ideal weight is to be around 145 and as of this morning I am 153.40

I'm 22 years old, about 5'11'' and I currently weigh right at 200 pounds. I'm looking to get down to maybe the 160-165 range. I haven't weighed less than 185 as an adult so once I'm down to 165 I will reevaluate to see how I feel then!0

I'm between 5' 9" and 5 10" and my goal is 134-138 right now I'm 154. I'm scheduled to run a half marathon in July so not only do I feel better in this range but I run better and it's much easier on my knees... due to the cold factor I won't get into real training for the race until March so now I'm really watching diet and starting p-90x.0
