A Little More Hungry Right Before TOTM?

I'm not really sure if this has already been brought up, but I was wondering if any one else get really hungry right before their time of the month, is this normal and should you eat a little more to satisfy your hunger?
Right now all I can think about is food...I'm already 140 over my calories, haven't had dinner yet...
If anyone can add anything that would be great

I do find that I get hungrier. I also notice I crave red meat during my TOM, I suppose I need the iron. Since I know I get hungrier, I plan a preemptive strike and pack my fridge with fruits & veggies. I take an entire cucumber & slice it into chips (or bell pepper into strips). I keep baby carrots & celery sticks. I grill mushrooms, squash, zucchini, peppers, ANYTHING to give it flavor. It's a great way to have low calorie snacks that are good for you.0

I'm always really hungry before TOTM. I keep 100 cal snacks in the house, no sugar added chocolate mint pudding (Kozy Shack), sugar free cookies, and low fat chocolate frozen yogurt in the house for those weeks.0

Yesterday was a horrible day of cravings that I gave in to at work, and it all spiralled down from there. I am finding the hardest week for me to keep my goals is the week before TOM arrives. I have been craving bananas this week too - weird. After yesterday, I do find that I feel in better control today. I hope that lasts throughout the rest of the day.0

I tend to grave pasta more right before.. and sugar/salt packed foods. I find that I am less grumpy if I give into it a little bit.. just have to be sure to stop myself before I get to out of hand.0
