Hello ladies I have a question, when you are on do you lose all appetite? I am really struggling to eat my kcals on ToM days. Today I managed 800kcals but force fed myself some extra in the form of Olives and carrots. I makes me feel ill forcing food into me. Does anyone else have this problem? Or even some tips to help me…

Gaining weight a week before TOM
Hi, Does anyone else get this? I weighed myself yesterday & then again this morning & have gained 4lb?! I was under my calorie intake yesterday & did a 5k run so now I've not consumed that in food! Lol. Persiods suck!!!

Just wondering if there's anyone else in this group who uses the Diva Cup or other reusable menstrual products.
