Those who've been with it: What kind of results are you gett

I love lifting, so I am thrilled to start this program. But, I'm not where I want to be weight/size wise, and certainly not body fat-wise. I get that I need the extra calories because even with eating them, I wake up HUNGRY. So I trust mostly, and intuitively feel mostly that I will get the body I want out of this--get smaller and less flabby as well as more strong. But there's that little bit of doubting voice in my head, so help me out.

If you've been at this for a while, what kind of results do you have? What are you happy with, what are you not so happy with? How long before you saw some results?

Any input would be appreciated. I've done a and b of Stage 1 once. I love how sore I was after them, and I'm excited.
