Just weighed in and I had no change this week. I think I was doing OK until a family get together last night. Instead of a light meal my mom made a roast, wtih mashed potatoes, etc. Sigh, If this was practice for Thanksgiving I def failed.

Stick with it! I not loss is not a gain and your body will fluctuate. Keep up with the goals and challenges. Next week is promising!

I've only lost a tiny amount but at least its not a gain, just think positive.

I weighed yesterday bc I wasn't sure I'd make it by the gym today and was down a pound. That's about right for me...aiming for a 1/2 lb weight loss per week. It was nice to see because no loss showed up the previous week. I'm going to be lenient for a couple of meals over the next two days and enjoy my family and good homemade food!
  • These things happen, I have had gains, losses, no movement over the months and there have been many times I have wanted to give up, but I am now learning to stick with it, its not always easy but you will lose over all and over the next few months you will see real changes.

You are right - I did not gain so that is good.

I will be keeping the butter away from me though tomorrow and trying to have more veggies than potatoes.
