Day one, been here before, many times. Sometimes its lasted a day, a week, a year.

This time i am 44lbs lighter and these ****ty little cancer sticks are the only thing standing between me and genuine good health and fitness.

God help anything that gets in my way, i am done.

Good for you. Stick with it for life. And if it ever starts creeping in your life again, just remember - non smokers don't smoke, so you don't either. Congratulations :D

Welcome in the "Club" of non-smokers . I tried to quit so many times and this time, THIS TIME, I know I'll never ever smoke again.
Stick to it and don't let the nasty "coffin-nails" tell you what to do!
    Congrats to joining us non-smokers:smile:

You can do this! It really does get easier. A lot of people say that day 3 is the worst, but day 1 was the worst for me. Now on day 16 and I hardly even think about them.
