Black bean tostadas:
New Artisan corn/wheat combo tortillas I think they are made by Mission (90cal)
1/4cup refried black beans (~70 cal)
1/4cup fat free sprinkle cheddar cheese (45cal)
Two tbsp salsa (5 cal)
Pickled jalepeños (5 cal)
Coleslaw mix (10 cal)
Total:225 cal
Spray both sides of tortilla with Pam, then put in oven at like 300 or so for 5 min, then
Flip to other side for another 5 min or so until stiff - keep an eye on it cuz
They don't taste good burnt!
Then smear on beans, and cheese and either put back in oven, unless the tortilla is too
Dark, then nuke it for like 30 seconds.
Top with remaining ingredients!
A filling low cal, easy supper or lunch, sure to quench any Mexican food cravings.0
