Hi everyone!!
I'm 5'2" and 114lbs. I'm going to Mexico for christmas and was hoping to shape-up a little... I started 2 weeks ago and am really hoping to look just a little slimmer/leaning/more toned in my bikini![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
1)Your goal
To have more confidence when strutting my stuff in my bikini
2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal
Eat as healthy as I can, keep my food diary (on this site) up to date, increase my total weekly exercise to at least 3/week.
3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having
I love to eat! Food is my one vice and I don't really feel like given it up. Also, I have fairly low self-esteem and am worried that no matter what I achieve it won't be quite good enough.
