Hi everyone!!
I'm 5'2" and 114lbs. I'm going to Mexico for christmas and was hoping to shape-up a little... I started 2 weeks ago and am really hoping to look just a little slimmer/leaning/more toned in my bikini
1)Your goal
To have more confidence when strutting my stuff in my bikini
2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal
Eat as healthy as I can, keep my food diary (on this site) up to date, increase my total weekly exercise to at least 3/week.
3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having
I love to eat! Food is my one vice and I don't really feel like given it up. Also, I have fairly low self-esteem and am worried that no matter what I achieve it won't be quite good enough.
