Well, this morning I was up 4 pounds!!! 4! UH! I was doing so well. I ate, and ate on Thanksgiving. So many foods I only get when the family comes. Mom's sweet potato's with nuts and marshmallows topping, broccoli casserole, Grandpa's Eclair cake. And I ate it all! I was so bloated and sick to my stomach, but that even didn't stop me from eating it later in the evening. On a good note, I did drink only water. The day after Thanksgiving, I was so sick, I wanted to puke. So thirsty, and so bloated. I hope this is not too much info for others. But I needed to share so maybe someone else did the same thing so I won't feel so bad. Or maybe I can re read this and not do it at Christmas. And now my hubby wants to take the kids to the theater to see Jack and Jill, tonight. The up side is I did do my workout today.

Okay, I am posting this little ditty in a few places (mostly because I thought it was cute). "Want to lose weight; then it's time to get MAD! - that's Motivation-Activity-Diet" So let's all get MAD before Christmas.

I guess I am lucky b/c my Thanksgiving wasn't your normal overload of delicious food. I went to my boyfriends parents house and they don't go over the top with tons of stuff. I had turkey, a little green bean casserole, a little bit of mashed potatoes and gravy, and a tiny bit of yams. Oh and 2 deviled eggs halves. I declined any rolls or dessert and just drank water so my dinner wasn't much more than I would eat on a typical night. I did have a few Jack and Cokes that evening but managed to stay well under on my calories. I worked out a lot that day too.
