Trouble...

I tried to double shred yesterday but gave up after the first few minutes of the second set, I found that my muscles couldn't really do it... any thoughts or motivations that anyone could share with me?

    Hi lady! You will be surprised at what you are capable of! Try to do as many reps at your pace because you have to start from somewhere. Some moves I had to alter when I started or use smaller weights. You can play some music to pump you up . . . create a work it out playlist that will get you moving and through it. ~20min each workout - YOU CAN DO IT!
