What works for you?

I found 3 things that I believe work for me. I drink a cup of coffee every day. It seems to make me feel full for some reason. I set a goal to do 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week at least. And last but not least I wake up in the morning and before putting my feet on the floor I say out loud "Today is a healthy, enjoyable day".
