I just got back to the Villages after spending the holidays with the family in Maine and look forward to getting weighed in Saturday although I know I gained. The holidays are over and now I hope to get on track. I look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.
I will not be able to return to a meeting until Dec 31 when we return from Christmas in Maine....but I intend to stick with the guidelines and enter the info each day. How is the sudden chilly temeratures affecting your food choices? I feel more inclined to eat cooked or baked foods such as casseroles, soups, stews and less inclined to eat cold refrigerator foods such as yogurt, ice pop, salads. So I really have to be aware of portion size
