Stage 1 with a Knee injury

Help I'm really enjoying Stage 1 and only have a couple of weeks left, but I feel down stairs 2 weeks ago so took a week off to rest my knee and got back on it last week. My knee today is really painful and the doctors have told me to leave the gym alone for a couple of weeks :sad: I really want to get this stage done but its all squats and lunges not great for knees :brokenheart:

    I would follow doctor's orders and take the time off. You don't want to injure your knee further, requiring much more recouperation than a couple of weeks.

    Rest. Ice. Follow doc's care instructions. (maybe some physical therapy would help, also, if your insurance covers?)

    Come back to the program when your knee is healthy. We're in this for the long haul, and sometimes there are temporary set backs.

    Thanks I know that's what I have to do it's just frustrating being a clutz lol I might try upper body stuff until christmas and come back at this in teh new year full of beans and start over
