Anyways my first run should had been on 8th Jan. But a friend signed me up for a 7km run of 3rd December. :ohwell:
Wondering if its ok if I train until the last day. Any dos and don'ts. I am planning to complete it in1 hour and 10 minutes based on my current level. I jog and brisk walk at almost the same pace which is 7 km per hr.0 -

I'd recommend taking the day off before and just do light walking if you feel the need to do Something. Allow your muscles to be fresh for the events. Good luck!!0 -

I am going complete logging in my miles today at 4 miles. Pretty low blow with my son admitted in the hospital and refusing to allow me out of his sight I don't think its possible to do any additional miles.

Again I'm not sure if I'll make my goal. I was sick on Wednesday so didn't go for a walk after dinner and I had some classes on Thursday and only got in a bit over a mile. It WILL get better, though!0
