Has anyone read the John Bingham books?

I have read "The Courage to Start" and really enjoyed it. Has anyone read "No Need for Speed" or "The Accidental Athlete"? Is is a rehash of the same stuff?

    I have only read The Accidental Athlete. It's basically his story, how he started running. Haven't read the others so I can't compare. :)

    I haven't read any of his books yet, but I met him at a meeting with my old running group once. He's very inspiring.
