gained a few ounces, of course, but it didn't go all the way back up to 191 like i expected, so that's something. i'm just going to keep on keeping on - something will have to give eventually, and in the meantime, it's enough that i am capable of some major *kitten*-kicking right now, weight loss or no, so i'm going to keep up with my crazy training! happy monday , everyone!0 -
This week has been a pretty decent one. I'm still 2 days away from my weigh in and I am down 2 lbs already!! I feel on FIRE! I have been eating and exercising and being all cool and stuff!! I may even make my January first goal of having lost 30 lbs! (As of this morning I am 0.4 lbs away). Yay life!!0

NSV for me this morning too. I put on the shirt that I wore when I went to see Sam Bradley in september, and all the buttons fastened & it was still comfortable. 3 months ago, I couldn't button the bottom 2 buttons on it, so despite not losing that many pounds, apparently I'm losing some of my hips & butt0

This wasn't exactly a successful week!! I kept up with my logging, but water and exercise fell short.
Water 1/7 (Ended up more in the 6 a day range than in the 8)
Logging 6/7 (I didn't finish my logging on Christmas day, we went for Chinese food in the evening....)

NSV -- I went shopping with the cash I received for gifts, and oh my, all of the sudden I am buying 10s and 12s instead of 14-16s (or even plus sizes). And I look so good!

The last 4 days are the worst I've done since mid April when I started. The scary thing is, I'm completely out of control. I'm lying to myself and not logging to perpetuate it, and can't get off my *kitten* and get moving like I know i have to. If I keep this up, my pants won't fit when I go back to work next week.:sad:0 -

Have resigned myself to the fact I blew it over xmas... I jump on the scales tomorrow and am not looking forward to what i see...... Will have to start afresh .... Have had a bloody good xmas though..... Will let you all know how good tomorrow.0

OK, Damage report now in..... 6 lbs gain over 2 weeks....... Am not impressed..... On the bright side i did enjoy my xmas with family.
I didnt think that i eat that much, just goes to show i suppose. Well heres to a new year and a fresh start. Am just deciding if i should re-set my starting weight, if i enter in my weight gain my ticker is going to change dramatically.... Not sure if i want to look at that huge gain...... What do we think peeps..... Should i just leave it as it is and use that gain as a reason to work double hard or start from scratch as its a new year?????0 -
I was so glad to have the December challenge. It helped help keep me in line after celebrating Thanksgiving. While I really wasn't all that well behaved the latter half of the month, having mini goals and a group to be accountable to makes a big difference for me!
