1). Your goal
My goal is to up my fitness, I used you do running and pole fitness (a fitness verson of pole dancing) I loved it cause it tones the problem areas, but i had to stop cos of work demands! :o( and i have noticed that i'm now losing my toned shape. so i would love to start working out more and start running again to get a nice toned body for summer.

2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal
I pledge to stay away from high sugary foods! and to excerice at least once a day for an 1hr or over! drink or water and get my fitness levels up!!

3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having
Baking cakes every sunday with my mum (covers eyes) so to try and stay away from the cake. lol. my love for food as well so i need to try and keep in my bal of 1200.
