WOW! I can't believe we are at week 13!! We're getting closer and closer! Now, after a long Thanksgiving weekend full of eating things we know we shouldn't have been....I know I am very guilty of that! LOL Lets try to get back on track...

Food Challenge: Get within 200 calories of your goal calories! This can be actual calories or NET calories, however you track yours

Exercise Challenge: Try something new this week! Never done yoga? Try to find a video online you can watch and follow along with...or maybe you've heard of Tae Bo but never tried it, search it and try it out! You might find a new favorite workout!!! Remember, we gotta keep our body guessing!! Otherwise it will get used to what we do to it and stop losing weight!!!

Also, I would like to say congrats to those who have already reached their 20 pound goal!!!!

Great work guys! So inspirational!! :)

We have lost some members, but we have a wonderful core group of super motivated and inspirational people!!! Thanksgiving has passed and now it's time to push through Christmas dinners!!!! We can do this!!!

    I love this week's exercise challenge! My husband has been encouraging me to try yoga, so maybe this will be the week I actually DO it!

    And congrats to those who have made the goal already! I'm 2 lbs away woot!!
