Can anyone recommend a good high potency B group vitamin that is reasonably priced?

    From the supermarket I always found the Red Seal Exec Stress B ones better than Blackmores. There's more in them, for starters, and they're cheaper. Have never tried any health store brands though.

    I use the Vita Quench sticks now. One stick is 1/2 your RDI in the Bs

    Sweet, thank you. I will look into those. I already feel like I am popping too many pills between Anti-inflam's, Iron, and Fish Oil.
