    I can't believe I actually posted a loss following Thanksgiving!!! Now to just get through Christmas!

    I completed W3 in its entirety on Friday and completed W4D1 yesterday. I noticed yesterday that now I have my breathing more controlled, my lung capacity is growing by leaps and bounds! I can't believe I am already running 16 minutes out of 21.5 minutes. Putting it together like that makes W5D3 seem not as scary - still scary, but not AS scary...lol

    I'm very late posting my weight. I have not run this week, i've been ill. I am going to Germany in 2 days so I will get back to it when I get back. I think I will start back at Week 3 since I was struggling with Week 4.
