Sorry I have not posted my goals yet!

1). My goal and where I am at currently: 5'8" and I hover between 155 and 160..........I would love to be a lean 140 or 145! : ) by summer....

2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal:
I've missed the gym twice in two weeks! I am absolutely falling in love with it again. I will continue this and continue only stocking my kitchen with healthy options!

3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having.
I have punked out a few times on the weekends! I love my beer and that will always be a problem! : ) I need to just remember to stay within reason, for my calories sake and for my workouts not being miserable the next day!

    I also struggle at the weekend - I think it's because it feels that my 'time off' or 'me' time so I end up feeling like I should treat myself. It's so hard to re-wire the brain to not think of wine/ junk food as treats!!
