Everyone has their own milestones they are striving for in their weight loss/get healthy journey. Those of us with large amounts to lose probably have many milestones. I reached one of mine today...........I crossed back under the 200lb mark, 199.7 as of this morning! Wow.....I don't remember when it was I last weighed under 200lbs, probably about 4 years ago. I almost called my old dr today to check what I weighed last time I saw him. It feels great especially after a holiday week. Those extra glasses of wine and cake pops didn't hurt me at all! I can manage my diet without going over board. That in itself is a milestone.
Have you had any lately or what is your next milestone to reach?
My next mile stone is 185lbs. My goal I had set was to reach that by Valentines day. We're on our way!

I am working on losing baby weight so getting to my pre-baby weight will be a huge milestone, but my short term milestone is to get in the 170s, specifically 172, which was my weight at the end of 2010.0

That is AWESOME! And I can really understand how you feel because I got there myself not too long ago. CONGRATS!!!!!
Now my next BIG thing is getting to 50 lbs lost. just 2 pounds! and that will also bring me into the 170s.
After that a HUGE milestone is to be OVERWEIGHT! I only have 6 pounds to go. That is so hard to believe!
After that, there is my MFP Anniversary in 3 months to look forward to. lol.0 -
Awesome
I reached my fist milestone just before thanksgiving - getting to 160 lbs
my next milestone for weight is 150, which would be amazing if i could reach, i haven't been that low since 2006 when i graduated high school at 153 lbs
a non weight goal that i have though is to get rid of this baby belly - my daughter stretched the skin out so much that it is all saggy and jiggly - any suggestions?0 -
my next milestone is 220s:) then 210s and so on and so forth. How are you all rewarding yourselves? I think I need a reward system. I like Cricut cartridges, however, my husband is not a fan of that idea cuz its very expensive LOL...
any ideas?

My first goal was 207, I rewarded myself with some new work out clothing. It was practial because some of my old ones were too big and who doesn't like new clothes!0

My next mini-goal is to reach 208 or better by Christmas =D (I did some math, hence the seemingly random number) and hopefully hitting ONEderland by January 13th! Moving day for us to go up to Northern California. =D0
