Who are you, really?

We often define ourselves by our accomplishments in life. When we describe ourselves we say thing like "Hi, I'm Portia. A proud mother of three, and a doctor at Hope General. I'm dedicated to providing a strong christian home with my husband and kids." What I would like you to think about while you pass the 5lb, 15lb, and so on mark is how you can define yourself without using the hurdles you jumped in life. What do you have living inside you that makes you who you are, and how will you allow others to see that light?
For example:
Hi, my name is Portia. I find myself crying while watching CNN some nights because I don't understand the world I'm seeing and I scare to have kids because I don't want them going up in it. I eat when I feel inadequacy and my husband can often be found so intertwined with God in my heart I see Jehovah Shalom (my peace) when I look at my husband.
