has anybody gone on a clear water diet? you dont have to give reason why you did. i just really want to know. is it hard????? cuz i have to today and im scared!

I haven't heard of it but my parents did start drinking hot water instead of tea or coffee?? It didn't last long and I never found out the benefits. gonna google this one. sounds interesting. cheers :drinker:0
