Quitting and Exercising

This is my 7th day smoke-free and I feel great! True, the first couple of days were extremely hard but I'm starting to replace my habits and have been doing great until now. Yesterday was the first day I did an intense cardio class after quitting and I didn't have to stop once to catch my breath. I could feel all the clean and fresh air in my lungs, and it was AWESOME! Just wanted to share my experience :happy:

Well done, great job. And you will see it'll get even better :-) Today is my 22nd day and I'm feeling great: I like exercize now(always hated it) and whenever there is a craving (only on rare occasions) I do some exercize. Really helps.0
