Cheat day for last 10 lbs./woman?

I've been struggling to lose the last 10 lbs. for literally months. I discovered this diet last night. I seems awesome. However, I AM down to the last ten pounds so losing weight is much harder for me than it was thirty pounds ago. Also, I'm a woman so I have a lower goal weight, different hormones, and a different height than the guy who wrote the book. So, ladies, and those of you who are short and/or down to the last ten pounds, how do you do cheat days? Do you think it's OK to cheat all day or should I limit it to a meal or what? Thanks!

    Experiment a bit. Start out with a cheat meal and on future cheat days you can gradually try to cheat more...I think the full blown cheat day is important (after a healthy, slow-carb breakfast) not only for the metabolism reset but also for the mental reset! Good luck :-)
