    Hi! Thanks for starting this group!

    I finished the Couch-to-5K program late 2010, and I've kept running through 2011--adding trail running last spring.

    Who knew running could be so much fun? Challenging, yes, but FUN, too :)

    What is your plan/program?

    I completed the C25K program at the end of 2010 and it's been such a positive change in my life! :happy:
