Good morning! I've been up since 350 and I've burned 440 calories so far. Have a great day! :happy:0

I'm up and at it! :-)0

Just completed 45 minutes of exercise - Hang in there everyone you can do this.0
-
Took the dog for a brisk 30 minute walk and then did some weight exercises and sit-ups.
Good work everyone! and Get up again tomorrow!
For those of you who didn't get up with us, how can we help to encourage you?
I, personally, really benefit from getting good feedback when I DO workout, and would hope that everyone would give me a super hard time if I miss a morning, because guilt is my best motivator :-)
What about everyone else, what can we do to help?0 -
I walked the dog for 30 minutes this morning too. Wanted a longer workout but my snooze button won!! Argh!
I do want to check in and help keep one another accountable, but I don't have enough time to log on first thing in the morning. And the phone app doesn't seem to access groups :-(0 -
I was up at 5 this morning and did 25 minutes of Your Shape: Fitness Evolved on Xbox Kinect.
Great job everyone!0 -
I am the slacker today.
I slept in a little bit because its been crazy the last few days.
My dad had surgery yesterday and I took off today to be with him.
Are we only doing this during the week?
I am not sure my body will be happy if I do it everyday ... lol
I do like my sleep.0 -
I am DEFINATELY only waking up at 5am on weekdays :-) However, I would love it if people wanted to check in on the weekends, because I have a tendency to be super lazy and overeat on the weekends, so weekend motivation would be great!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can support one another / hold each other accountable? Especially on the days that we are still sleeping? I was thinking we could each be responsible for text messaging one or two people in the morning, that was if they are still in bed they might not hit the snooze button... thoughts?0 -
I think texting would be good. But, we have at least one person who can't log on until they get to work.
And, still checking in on the weekend would be good to -- just let everyone know how you're doing, if you have any challenges that day, (or as I friend of my daughter who does highs and lows every day at dinner - lol).
Love this.0 -
