Eating out on Cycle 1

Here are some foods I've been able to have on the go on Cycle 1 and still lose weight quickly:

Breakfast:

McDonalds:

Scrambled Eggs
Yogurt Parfait with no granola

Chick Fil A

Yogurt Parfait, no dried fruit, granola

Burger King

Scrambled Egg Platter


Lunch:

Basically any salad from a restaurant, but watch out for high fat sauces, croutons, fried onions, etc.

My favorites:

Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad (or 1/2 salad with chili when you move to cycle 2) without the pecans, but the raspberry vinegarette is fine.

BK Tendergrill Salad, go light on the Light ranch

Arby's Market Fresh salad, with balsamic.
