4 months Paleo/Primal

Hi all,

I've been doing Paleo/Primal for four months now and I've dropped 48 lbs. I've found it to be pretty easy. I'd say I'm doing about 80% Primal, a little higher or lower depending on the day. A Paleo/Cross Fit friend of mine turned me onto the diet. I'm still a long ways from going Cross Fit (6'5", 313), but I walk and ride an exercise bike and do a little weights with some dumb bells and door lean push ups. I'd like to get some friends here to help keep me motivated and provide some advice/support. Just friend me and I'll add you. Thanks!
