I just completed 45 minutes for Hard Core Fusion.

    I heard from Lbirch01 this morning. She is up walking. Poor thing doesn't have internet connection.

    Thanks for starting the day off for us! Good job working out this morning! I was also up, just didn't get a chance to log-in. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of aerobics.

    Where is everyone else this morning!?

    I'm here!, was up at 5:30 and did day 2 of insanity, so sore :) Now its off to take a 3.5 hr test at school ( I think I'd rather do insanity again lol)
