Yes - I bought the video and I've been doing it this week. Are you doing it too?
I really like her eating suggestions too. All the meals she suggests are 400 cals and snacks are 200 - that makes it easy and I really need it easy!!0 -

I started on Tuesday the 6th - when did you start?
I have to admit, week 2 is tough!!! I tweaked my calf muscle the first day, so I walked today. Which workout are you on?0 -

I just joined this group, but I've been doing Ripped in 30 for 1.5 weeks. I'll be finished a few days later than you guys- 12/29, but it will be nice to have some extra motivation.0
