How would you describe your normal daily activities?

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)

Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. nurse, salesman)

Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)

Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

Can someone elaborate them a bit more?

For example, mine is set on sedentary (I'm 26yrs old, 5'2.6'', 189lbs and wanting to lose weight, daily cal allowance by MFP is 1200 with 1.5lbs loss in a week)

- Reason I thinks I'm sedentary: I work behind the computer all day and when I come home I usually spend that time behind the computer also - I sit A LOT.

- Am I in the right section? Since: I work out about 4x a week (60min at time); I do walk during the day and take stairs; I do keep myself occupied with household duties (cleaning, ironing etc.).

-Why do I care?: If I were to up my activity level my whole cal intake would change and I don't want to do my body (any long term) harm by eating too little. It's just a confusion I've been having since I don't know if it is ok.

you chose correctly, it sounds like - but you should be logging your exercise and eating those calories back.
