Hello ladies I am opening the floor for your suggestions!! Inbox me what you think will be a GOOD challenge for week 3. I love new ideas so I will be waiting to see what yall have in stores. I need your suggestions by Monday. Hubby and I will go over your ideas and pick what week 3 challenge will be.

I think we should keep up the calorie burn and maybe add a nutrition component, like 4 servings of fruit and veggies daily, or week without processed food, or make low fat healthy version of you favorite comfort food, something along those lines.0

what about one day no meat or add some pushups to our daily routines? I like keeping that 3000 calorie burn. I underestimated it last week, lol0
