High-Protein/Moderate Fat vs. High-Fat/Moderate Protein?

I've always heard that one can optimize the state of ketosis by going on a low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat approach, but in practice, it seems that I've been doing low-carb, moderate fat, high protein. I get great results, but didn't know if I was getting less than optimal results. Also didn't know if it made a difference if I was trying to lose body fat while gaining lean muscle mass. Currently, I eat enough protein through my diet that I don't feel the need to supplement with any protein shakes. Thoughts?

I think that so long as you're getting the results you want, what you're doing is fine. Some people do very well doing higher protein than fat and you seem to be one of those people :)
