Hi everyone. So, 4 years ago I had quit smoking and lost 30 lbs. In the past 2 years I have gained back the weight and started smoking again. I need help with both. Anyone interested in doing a group quit?

I was/am in a similar situation. In July 04 I quit smoking. I put on 25 lbs. Looking back, I really didn't modify my diet or exercise. Prolly a lot of the reason I put on 25. I started watching my diet and did increase my work out intensity. I lost about half the weight. Then, in Feb 09, I started smoking again. I lost the rest of the weight. Last week I decided that this Thursday I would quit once again, smoking is BAD! This time I'm tracking my food and exercise on this site. Are you planning on quitting? Or modifying your diet/exercise? Or both? If you need a support buddy, let me know. I know I could sure use one.0
