Hows it going guys !
im still feeling very sore but im finding level one easier each time i do it.
I missed a day so i made up for it by doing jillian michales "no more trouble zones" dvd afterwards.

    Hello All - I haven't posted yet but I have been doing it along with you all! I wanted to let every one know that I have used my BodyBugg the last three times I have done it and burned 258, 255 and 252 calories each time. That is obviously plugged into my weight and height (219 & 5'9") but it might give all of you a more accurate way of tracking your calorie burn... Looks like 255 is pretty accurate for me. Obviously it will vary for everyone, but I thought it might give some people a jumping off point. When we get to the level two workout, I will check again and give you all an update!

    I did day 4 this morning! yay go me, i think i burned about 200 cals.
  • Did day 3 just a few min. ago...finding i can do more intensity today :) took yesterday off as a rest day

    Did Day 4 last night and while I'm definitely noticing a difference in my endurance, I'm still missing a couple minutes of the workout because I need to take a major breather. (I'm getting over a 3 month bout of pneumonia, so my lungs aren't super strong right now.) I almost skipped last night because I was tired, but I'm SO glad I pushed myself to do it!
