Alright Ya'll! Can you believe it's December already?? One more month, and we are at the end of the challenge! I have made some amazing, wonderful, supportive friends in you guys, and I hope ya'll have friended each other and found the same wonderful support and motivation I did! Even with me being above the weight I started out with this group, ya'll keep me motivated to keep going! OK, so, now for our challenge for this week:

Food Challenge: OK, we are in between two big meals (at least for most); Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner. So this week, lets watch our fat!!! If you are going to have fat, make it a good fat! Eat some nuts or avacados, anything with HEALTHY fats. And don't go in the red! (unless if course it's a healthy fat that takes you over!)

Exercise Challenge: Let's get in some good cardio...I will give you a choice this week! Either do 50 star jumps or do 50 burpees, or you can even do a mixture of both! Now, ya'll already know what burpees are, and be prepared they will be in our final challenge! Ya'll are doing amazing!! I know soon I'll be posting even more names of those that have met their 20 pound goal!!! Keep up all the great work ya'll!!! :)

    Sounds good Lauren! I can't believe we're at week 14! I hit 18.6 lbs lost this week, so I'm hoping to hit that 20lb mark this week. Maybe those extra burpees will put me over the edge :)
