I am pretty sure I know the answer, however I must ask it.

Can NSV be anything? Like turning down chocolate cake or cookies? Because for me, that would be HUGE, or is it only body related?

Thanks,
Ronney

  • ...in my opinion (although I'm not the creator of this group), an NSV can be ANYTHING that makes you feel PROUD of your accomplishments on this weight-loss/healthy lifestyle journey. So, if an NSV for you is that you denied chocolate when it's normally really hard for you to say no, then I think you should celebrate your willpower and motivation!
  • Yes, an NSV can be anything that makes you a healthier person! For example, drinking water instead of soda at a restaurant, or running an extra 5 minutes on the treadmill :)
