Well, I missed my first run since restarting the program. I could make some excuses, but in the end, I missed my W4D3 run. I am going to do it today, and depending on how that goes, move on to W5D1 on Wednesday and then just be off on my schedule by a day. Honestly, the longer runs are scaring the crap out of me... I don't like to fail (who does?), and generally when I think I am going to fail, I quit before I can... Trying not to do that this time, but missing a run seems to be the first step. Totally planning on going tonight. May miss my Zumba class though, and that I am not happy about either... <sigh>

I say you only missed a run if you don't do it at all. You have only delayed your run a little. It happens. I also think that you can't fail on this program. It may take you longer than 9 weeks, but as long as you keep going, you WILL get there!!! :bigsmile:0 -

I agree! You didnt' miss a run, you just delayed it a day! An extra rest day (or two) is no big deal, just shift your schedule til it works.

I'm probably going to switch to morning weighins instead of evening ones - just seems like weight will be more consistent. I dunno. Mostly I want to say I weigh 169 instead of 1700 -
Thanks ladies, for the support! I completed W4D3 today. I will do W5D1 on Wednesday and hope for the best. I didn't feel all that confident during the run, but hoping that is because it has been 5 days since my last run. I think I am going to try to do W5D1 on Wed, W5D2 on Friday, and W5D3 on Saturday or Sunday. If I can't complete W5D3 for whatever reason, the I can try it every single running day until I do!!!!!!!!!!!! If I do complete it, I can be back on my Mon, Wed, Fri schedule on Monday.0

don't try to run it every single day, take a rest day in between or you will hurt yourself.0

I'm still here! Going to have to run for the next three days. Bummed about that, but it was snowing earlier in the week and I do my running outside. Hopefully it will be good on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
