Good morning, gang! Sorry for being MIA the last week. I took a week off of MFP to deal with some other "fires" in my life. But I am back and all-kinds of fired up!

Let's start this week off with a bang. I hope you all have a wonderful Monday.

    I did 73 minutes of swimming and aqua aerobics.
  • I didnt post but on Sunday I did JMs Banish fat boost metabolism, 45 min and on Monday 30 day shred lvl 2.

    sorry, been out of sorts lately - I did an hour crossfit class - we did 5 rounds of max reps - 1 min of calorie row, 1 min of walking lunges, 1 min of double unders, 1 min of Russian kb (16), 4 min rest inbetween
