Hi everyone!

I've noticed that some of the friends that I have made have not been logging in for quite some time, so I'll be unfriending them. I'd like to make some new friends that use MFP as much as I do and who are looking to give/receive support and motiviation on their journey.

I LOVE MFP and do have some great friends who I correspond with on a daily basis! Who can't use more friends?? It's holiday time and we need more motivation and support now more than ever! We'll get thru it together!!!

So if you'd like to be my friend, please send me a request!

    I joined in August, but this is my 65th day of working weightloss in earnest. There is no question with all the potlucks, baked goods, etc (I'll spare us the full description) available each day in the office during the holidays - support is really important.

    Looking to navigating the holiday waters successfully this year rather than give in to "I'll start after the holidays". Happy to encourage and receive encouragement from anyone doing the same!
