This is where we can post which work out we did and the progress.
Day 1 Plyometrics. Average HR is 155. Highest HR is 184
This week I'm going to focus on the form and no high jump for me.
I love the work out and the style does fit me better than turbo fire.
I still have 4 more weeks on Chalean xtreme- weight lifting then I can add more Insanity to my work out schedule.

Cardio power & resistance. Ave HR: 146 Highest Hr: 180
The HR is not high as yesterday but today work out is way harder, I sweat and do more sweat.0 -
Pure cardio. Average HR: 154 High: 180
So far I like Cardio power & resistance the best. My buttock was sored after that work out.
Specially when I'm on the floor, walk on my arms & legs. I feel like spiderman crawing on ceiling.
I lost 2 lbs this morning, not quite sure if Insanity makes me lose weight this week since I only did
2 workout.0 -

This is the day after refeed. I still like frog squats and spider push up.
This time I concentrate on my core. Other work out I did not concentrate to tigh up my ab while working out
so it takes me a while to get use to it. Even tho I don't do high impact. My knees does fell tight,sored
from all the jumps.0 -

1st day of PSMF, I did not enough energy to do the work out, did not eat enough carbs.
I really like Insanity. Looking for to do it more regular when I finish with my diet.0 -
I did Cardio power & resistance today.
My knees in the last 2 work out did not get sored any more. In fact I don't get sored nor pain any where in my body.
I still do low impact. I rather jump faster than higher.0 -

I still can't handle this work out yet, still have to stop a few times.
Next time, I will eat some food before the work out.0 -

I did low intensity but because of EC my HR is high and I sweat like crazy without feeling tired.0 -
I did the 1st Max Intervals today. Ave HRM 162 Highest 187
Tho I could not do all the exercise, it was doable.
I expected it would be as bad as the 1st time I did 1/2 hour beg insanity, it was not bad.0 -

This workout is harder than intervals work out event tho my heart rate did not go up as high as yesterday.
I actually skipped some of the push up set. They have more movement than the intervals.
Also I ate low carb yesterday . Another awsome work out.0 -

I thought it's going to be the hardest out of the bunch but it was actually durable.
Maybe because I have more than 3 days off from insanity.0 -

I were supposed to do MAx cardio but I was afraid to do it because I could not handle the last time I did it
and my left knee is discomfort, probalby I jump high on Plyo.0 -

I pushed myself to the limit today. Still I could not do the full comple work out as fast as them.
Well anything that I have to do on the floor - push up, thrust jump...I still have to do in slower pace.0 -
Plyometrics - I did not have my HRM.
Max series were too much for me since I'm doing low carb. I'll do Max on the days I eat high carb.
It was a good work out. Sweat like crazy. I like it since it did not take me forever to recover from the work out like last Max work out.
Also I was stuck at work, soo hungry end up eat junk food from the office.
It was so bad that I did not want to do any insanity work out.0 -

I did not feel so good today I do it in lower intensiy than normal.

I puked today . It's good thing I did not have any solid food in my stomach.
The whole week I was so weak, not enough sleep. I felt lots better after yesterday work out and
definitely I feel awsome today.0 -

You are doing awesome. I used to have knees pain too, but I bought on walmart an high impact foam mat from golds gym and now I do my jumps there. It was only like $18. now I do all jumps except the switch kicks from max cardio circuit on the mat.0

from insanity. Today I'm going to restart insanity and this time I'm going to follow insanity schedule.

Day 1: Speed & Agility, i don't remember what my heart rates were but i burned 420 calories. Tomorrow i am going to start the p90x/asylum hybrid. I love the idea of a daily check-in. Thanks for creating it!0

I'm on week 1 on insanity, Cardio recovery. It's an easy one. HR is only 107.0 -
Day 5, pure cardio, Avg hrm 153 max 180
As usualy, the last 5 minutes I could not keep up with them.0 -
Day 7 (rest yesterday) plyometrics Avg HRM 144 max 178.
My hr did not go as high as it was 2 months ago but now I can do most of the insanity move.0 -
I finished week 3 last night. Plyometrics with HRM 162 Max 1740

Start recovery week, Max interval sports is not that easy but it's so fun to do it.
